HINCKLEY United have agreed a major sponsorship deal with Uttoxeter Racecourse that will see a new name on the east stand in the Greene King Stadium and a sporting partnership formed.

The Staffordshire Racecourse and Conference and Banqueting Centre have agreed to take over sponsorship of the flagship terrace stand at the football club.

The two year deal will see the name of the home of the Midlands Grand National emblazoned across the stand which is clearly visible from the main perimeter road adjacent to the football ground.

In addition, Hinckley United Football Club will be holding an annual Race Day each season, to raise funds for the club and also to open up a new window of opportunity for supporters and corporate sponsors.

Uttoxeter Racecourse General Manager David Macdonald said: "I hope that the relationship between Uttoxeter Racecourse and Hinckley United can continue to develop over the course of our sponsorship.

"In particular I look forward to working with the fans and Directors of the club on the annual Hinckley United race days which will not only be great days out but useful fund raisers for the club.

"Like many others I am excited by the team that Dean Thomas is putting together for the new season and I hope that other business leaders and companies will get behind their local team."

The Hinckley United Race Day will take place at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Sunday September 19^th and offers a range of packages to suit all budgets and groups of people.

There are three packages which will suit everyone's needs including a family package where children are able to take part in activities in the centre circle of the racecourse.

The standard package is £25 per person and includes return coaches from Hinckley to Uttoxeter and a top priced entrance / premier badge on the day.

The family package is £59 per family based on two adults and two children and includes return coaches from Hinckley to Uttoxeter and entrance into the family centre course at the racecourse.

The gold package is £89 per person and includes a private hospitality box, three course meal with coffee, top priced premier entrance badge and return coach from Hinckley to Uttoxeter.
