HINCKLEY United Football Club have unveiled their new first team kit for the 2009/10 season and are offering the chance to be the shirt sponsor for just £400!

With the credit crunch in full swing, the Knitters are offering either businesses or individuals the opportunity to have their name on the front, back or shirts of the first team in Conference North next season – plus a number of other great prizes.

Anyone who enters the Hinckley United Shirt Draw will get their money back straight away by receiving either a pitch side advertising board or the choice of a season ticket and a meal for eight at a game of their choice next season. And if you enter the draw by the end of May – there will be a bonus season ticket thrown in!

The Knitters have extended their deal with Pro Star and will wear a predominantly red first team home strip with navy sides and a thin white pin stripe and navy shorts. The socks will be red with a white and blue band. The away kit will also change and will be predominantly white with a thin black pin stripe and black shorts and socks.

Winning the shirt draw is worth thousands of pounds of free advertising and in recent seasons Vacon Drives, Triumph, Castle Estates and Elite Printing have all benefited from having their business splashed across all of the first team and replica shirts.

Last year’s winner John Hinks from Elite Printing said: “Winning the shirt draw saw our company in the press on a local, regional and even national scale and you can’t put a price on what that was worth to us in advertising.

“It also got us more into the community and we were proud to be associated with Hinckley United Football Club.”

And if you aren’t lucky enough to be the first name out of the hat, then we also have the back of the shirts and the shorts up for grabs – a prize won in recent years by the Heartland Evening News, Ashby and Mann Garage Group, Graphics To Go and the TF Bell Group.

But this year there will be a total of 11 prizes up for grabs in the Hinckley United Shirt Draw.

The draw will be made on Tuesday July 28^th at the pre-season friendly with Leamington FC.
